Toyota presents DRUM Beat Ekurhuleni on 1 and 2 June 2012 at Birchwood Hotel & Conference Centre and DRUM has planned a weekend of great music, good food and festivities like never before.

“To make our whisky of such quality that nothing in the market shall come before it" - Alexander Walker

Join us on a journey to discover the art, ambition and the bold pioneering spirit of the Walker family. Most importantly, join us to discover the complexity of flavours, the depth and character of the finest examples of the Master Blender’s Art.

Chris Koch, independent whisky connoisseur, will unlock the mystery of the House of Johnnie Walker.

The experience will be informative, interactive and certainly entertaining.

Discover the layers of flavours that a flagship whisky can offer in Johnnie Walker Black Label.

Take a step up with the bold and vibrant ‘World’s number 1 whisky’ - Johnnie Walker Red Label.

Experience the taste of ‘Scotland in one glass’ with Johnnie Walker Green Label.

Let us treat you with a celebration of a different kind with Johnnie Walker Gold Label.

Walk with the Walkers. Take the Step. Keep on Walking.

“I am a slow walker, but I never walk backwards” – Abraham Lincoln

Also visit The Jacobs Connect Café van on site who will be handing out free cups of lovely Jacobs Coffee to all patrons. Come try their range of instant coffees and "feel the power of the Verwöhnaroma"

Please keep in mind that temperatures really do drop this time of year. So, it's recommended to bring along an extra blanket or two to keep yourself warm during the show; but also spare a thought for those less fortunate and leave your blankets at the DRUM Beat Blanket Drive collection point after the show.

These blankets will be donated to charitable organisations looking after the plight of homeless folk.

Tickets for the DRUM Beat Concert cost R400 each for Friday (1 stage), which includes food and drinks to the value of R150.

Tickets for Saturday cost R250 each (3 stages) for entry only.

** Two-day tickets are not available.
