* Submissions must be electronic/digital. No hard copy or faxes will be accepted.
* No publicity releases, promotions, solicitations or advertisements will be posted. There are other avenues for these. Publicists can open an Artslink.co.za Account.
* No profanity, obscenities or spiteful remarks.
* No spoilers! Please don't reveal crucial plot elements.
* No single-word reviews. We want to know why you liked, or disliked, the show/exhibition/concert/event.
* You will remain solely liable for the accuracy of the information in your articles.
* Artslink.co.za will not edit submissions, but we retain the right to fix glaring grammatical or spelling mistakes (run your spell check before submitting!)
* Recommended lengths are 300 to 500 words for reviews and a maximum of 1000 words for longer articles.
* Writers are required to fill in the form below. Anonymouse does not live here!
* Submissions will be posted at webmasters' discretion only and no correspondence will be entered into.

Inserting Body Text of ArtSpoken:

 

Make sure the main BODY of TEXT of your media release is first copied from your word processing package to your computer's CLIPBOARD or memory. This is how to do it:

1. Highlight (Ctrl+A for all) the main press release body-text in your word processor.
2. From the "Edit" file menu, click on "copy" (Ctrl+C).
3. Then come back to this form ...
4. Place the cursor in the window below. ('Click' inside the window).
5. PASTE - (Ctrl+V) or type, your press release body-text below:

You may type your release text directly into the window below, (if you choose not to use the "copy and paste" option.) You can also add to, and edit your release in the window below if you wish, before final submission.
